AC Milan are always interested in signing new young players to bolster the squad, and it seems like 16-year-old talent from Paraguay could be signing with the Rossoneri soon. His name is Hugo Cuenca.
According to Paraguayan journalist Juan Coronel, the player will be moving to Milan and there is a process that is ongoing for Hugo Cuenca to have a Spanish passport to expedite the operation in a good way and close the deal.
The current club of the player will have 10% of any future resale.
