Fellow Serie A club Atalanta are reportedly willing to sell club forward Josip Ilicic, whose contract with the black-and-blue club is due to expire by the end of the next season, amid reported interested from AC Milan, among others, as the Rossoneri are looking for a replacement to Hakan Calhanoglu.
According to what has been revealed by La Gazzetta dello Sport, the future of the Slovenia international is still blurry, as Milan and Lazio, who have shown initial interest on the services of the 33-year-old, seem to have now taken a step back, which leave the player without any concrete proposal for the moment.
For their part, Atalanta are said to be waiting for the right bid to sell the Slovenian frontman, as reported by aforementioned source.
