The Rossoneri squad had a double training session today at Milanello under the usual instructions of coach Stefano Pioli and his staff. Here's the report from AC Milan's official website:
The team started in the gym with some muscle activation and strength work before heading out to the pitches behind the changing rooms, where a warm-up was followed by a series of reactivity exercises performed with the aid of some low hurdles. Training continued with some technical work, then was concluded with a small-sided game on a reduced part of the pitch.
The team were back at it at 17:00 for their second training session of the day, which started with rondos in the centre circle, followed by technical drills: long passing, balls over the top, crosses and shots at goal. A series of small-sided games were played to finish off today's training.
WEDNESDAY 21 JULY
The boys are due to train tomorrow only in the morning.
