The Rossoneri players trained this morning at Milanello, working on fitness and technique.
The players met for breakfast this morning at Milanello before heading to the dressing room to get ready for today's session. Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara were both present.
The group started the session in the gym where they warmed up and did some strength exercises. They, then, headed out onto the pitch to continue the warm-up with some technical drills. The session ended with a game.
As for tomorrow, the plan for is to have a double session.
