It was an afternoon training session today for Coach Pioli's Rossoneri, who met in Milanello for lunch before heading down to the changing rooms to continue preparations for their next league match against Juventus.
As usual, the team began in the gym where they performed some muscle activation exercises, before making their way out to the pitch to continue their warm-up with a series of technical exercises. Training continued with the team carrying out specific work on ball possession before the dedicated time for the tactical part of today's session. The usual match on a small pitch ended today’s training session.
On the schedule for tomorrow is a training session in the morning followed by Coach Pioli's press conference which is scheduled for 13:45 CEST.
