Midfielder star of AC Milan, Franck Kessié has not yet signed on a contract renewal. His current deal expires in June 2022 despite Milan making great efforts to keep the player satisfied by proposing a bigger salary.
If Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara do not find an agreement with the player's agent on an extension, Paris Saint-Germain and Liverpool would be ready to take the player on a free.
As pointed out by La Gazzetta dello Sport in today's edition, Kessié will be free to sign a pre-contract with any club in January. As for AC Milan's stance, however, they would prefer not to lose the player and would try to find room for negotiations. If there is no agreement then, the management will consider selling the player for a low fee in January.
