AC Milan coach, Stefano Pioli has taken the stage at Festival Dello Sport, an event organised by Milan-based newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport.
In his long interview (which you may read here), the tactician dropped a renewal hint as he said the following when talking about the new stadium:
"We need new structures. In Europe the stadiums are much more modern and are used to welcoming a young audience. We could start with that to improve. I hope to be the manager of Milan with the new stadium."
Pioli sees himself at Milan in the future...
With the mentioned quote, a strong meaning and message to the AC Milan board was sent by the tactician. Stefano Pioli has done very well with the Rossoneri as he built a strong competitive team. His contract runs out at the end of this current season. He is definitely open to extend his stay at Milanello. Now, the ball passes to AC Milan's court to sit at the table and discuss a well-deserved renewal.
