AC Milan signed many talented players since Elliott arrived and especially since Geoffrey Moncada. The American owners are following the policy of signing talented players in an affordable price which seems to be working thus far for the Rossoneri.
As pointed out in today's edition of the Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, Moncada, the chief of AC Milan's scouting department is 'Paolo Maldini's own 007 invisible agent'. The French scout looks through data and analysis to find the best profiles for the club directors, then he scouts them.
Tuttosport write that Moncada did not only work on signing the young players, but he also helps with signing the older names. In fact, Simon Kjaer was signed at first after careful analysis on his profile.
