Stefano Pioli's men were not able to come through with a positive result and now chances of qualification to the next round has become very difficult.
La Gazzetta dello Sport, in today's print edition, after sharing their own player ratings, has also talked about the referee, Felix Brych, and his decisions during the match:
"Milan protests about Porto's advantage due to a contact between Taremi and Bennacer at the edge of the area: on the pitch the Iranian is not interested in the ball, just looks at the opponent and puts a push on his back: Brych's decision is to carry on, but here there was indeed a foul."
