AC Milan and Inter have been reportedly working together on a new stadium project in order to revolustionise themselves and bring their brands to the highest levels.
Modern football now requires to have one's own stadium which would bring more revenue. Elliott and Inter's ownership have been working to taking the next steps regarding the start of this project.
The new city planning councilor of Milan, Giancarlo Tancredi, spoke to the Corriere della Sera's newspaper about the 'new San Siro' project and the desire of Milan and Inter to start this project.
Here are his words:
"If and when there is a decision, which is not there at the moment, we expect a project of the highest level. Today, there is only a study. There is no project. I'm interested in an overall vision and the redevelopment of an area where there are many different realities."
