AC Milan and Inter representatives have met this morning with the board of municipality of the Milan city to discuss the new stadium project.
In the meeting between the Milanese clubs and the mayor Giuseppe Sala, the need for a new modern stadium to return to a top international level was reiterated. However, a solution must be found which would allow the environmental sustainability of the new urban development to be best combined with the investment for the new stadium project.
The parties involved will be meeting once again soon to discuss the issue technically. Alessandro Antonello of Inter and Paolo Scaroni from the AC Milan club were present. Elliott was also present through Giorgio Furlani as he represents the American fund.
