Newcastle United have been recently purchased by Saudi Public Investment Fund. The new ownership of the English Premier League club is aiming to revive The Magpies and make them among the strong teams by improving the structure and squad.
The new ownership, with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman, has many resources and they have even held talks for a possible takeover with Serie A clubs AC Milan and Inter.
Director and co-owner of Newcastle, Amanda Staveley, said so herself to Telegraph:
"We talked to Inter Milan, AC (Milan), but the problem was the structure of the league was a mess. We looked briefly at Bordeaux. But we’re not looking at Inter [any more].”
