AC Milan is set to face Fiorentina this Saturday away from home and it seems that Davide Calabria may not be in Pioli's plans due to a calf injury sustained while in Italy's training camp.
The injury nightmare continues for the Rossoneri. However, and luckily for the club, Pioli has two options he could rely on for the right-back position: Former French versatile defender of Olympique Lyonnais: Pierre Kalulu and 30-year-old Italian full-back Alessandro Florenzi who returned from injury.
As pointed out by Tuttosport, the two players mentioned above are competing for a spot with the young Frenchman having an advantage to win the race in the starting lineup. The player has shown strong qualities and potential ready to be unleashed.
