Pietro Pellegri arrived to AC Milan last summer on a loan deal from AS Monaco. The young Italian striker who was known for his spell in Serie A with Genoa, is struggling to find the form and minutes for himself within coach Stefano Pioli's team.
The 20-year-old attacker struggled in the past with injuries as well as the lack of minutes which made the experience here for him even harder. But, he is still an attractive option for some Serie A clubs.
In fact, Genoa would like to have him back but there is also Torino who are the most interested club. Ivan Juric likes the player and is in trouble due to Belotti's injury and expiring contract, Zaza not convincing and Sanabria just being not enough.
To sign Pellegri, however, there will be so much effort, because it is a complicated situation. The centre-forward arrived to Milan on loan for 500 thousand euros with a buy-option set at 6 million euros. The option could be turned into an obligation if certain conditions are met. An agreement must be found between Monaco, Milan and the potential buyer. It is difficult but a move is not excluded in January.
