Speaking to Milan-based newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport a couple of days ago, former midfielder who played for AC Milan as well as Inter, Domenico Morfeo, says that the Rossoneri are better equipped than their rivals so far in this season.
Here are his words:
"I think Milan are stronger because they have a better balance between the positions. Solid defense, midfield that is physical and sets the pace, an attack that scores freely."
He also said:
"They (Milan) hardly ever take the wrong approach to a match, partly because of the mentality that runs through the club."
AC Milan are currently first in the league table after two consecutive victories in Serie A against Genoa and Salernitana while Inter are second in the table with only one point between the two clubs. The Rossoneri are first with 38 points as they are followed by their rivals who have 37 points after 16 matchdays.
