AC Milan are lacking several players due to injuries. Stefano Pioli does not seem to be able to get a full squad at his disposal. This certainly does not help at all as depth is necessary in this long and challenging Serie A campaign.
The Rossoneri coach has been looking for ways to keep the squad ready and balanced in view of the future obligations and it seems that he will choose a talented profile from the Primavera section to be called up in the First Team.
According to the latest report from journalist Nicolo Schira, Marco Nasti (who scored in the previous game against Sampdoria) will be called up to the squad in view of the Napoli match.
AC Milan coach, Pioli may need to use the player and the Rossoneri management are aware of Marco Nasti's talent and importance. His current contract expires in June 2023 and there could be renewal talks to keep him until 2025.
Marco Nasti is an Italian 18-year-old centre-forward who scored 5 goals and provided 1 assist so far in the season in 9 games (Primavera 1, Coppa Primavera and Youth League)
