AC Milan and PUMA have been in talks for a possible renewal to their existing partnership. As per Milannews.it, the negotiations have already started a couple of weeks ago.
Currently, PUMA pays 13.1 million euros to the Rossoneri club (including bonuses to the return to the Champions League) and the current deal expires in June 2023.
The sales of the jerseys and merchandise revenues are currently going very well. The relationship between the Italian club and the brand is excellent. Il Diavolo management want to further improve their image presence and revenue by reaching a new contract agreement with the company. However, there are also other 'top-level sports brands' which could enter the scene if Milan and Puma do not reach an agreement.
