It was reported almost a year ago that the AC Milan club bought the Casa Milan building for a low price around 41,919 thousand euros, as per the club's financial statements in 30 June 2021. It was an option exercised by Elliott back then as the price was well below the market value.
Now, the same higher management of the Rossoneri club evaluated various opportunities and came to an agreement with Inarcassa Real Estate Fund. As per Calcio e Finanza, the club now managed to bring in a big as the sale was at 20 million euros.
The club will continue to use the Casa Milan building as usual. It will remain as the club's headquarters, the headquarters of the Mondo Milan Museum, the Milan Store, the ticket office and Casa Milan Bistrot.
