The growth of the AC Milan club is so remarkable on and off the pitch. The work that the head coach Stefano Pioli has been doing, despite the injuries and many obstacles, is positive. The former Inter and Fiorentina boss managed to get the best out of many players as he launched young talents too.
The Rossoneri are now second in league standings as they try to continue their path this season in hopes to achieve another Champions League qualification. The peformances overall have been good in the league, and it is normal that many key players of Stefano Pioli are now on the radar of other important clubs in Europe as well.
As per Spanish outlet Fichajes.net, Mikel Arteta, coach of Arsenal, is following the profile of AC Milan's midfielder Ismael Bennacer whose contract expires in June 2024. The former Empoli player actually played for Arsenal before but did not manage to carve space for himself in the First Team.
According to the same source, though, Arsenal are keeping a close eye on Bennacer alternative to the signing of Renato Sanches who is playing for Lille with a contract expiring in June 2023.
