Theo Hernandez renewed his contract with AC Milan finally. His new deal sees him tied to the club until year 2026. The French full-back earned his pay raise thanks to high performances and a lot of effort. He is highly valued by the club management and fans and his story shall continue for a few more years at least with the Rossoneri at Milanello.
Now, the club directors Frederic Massara, Paolo Maldini and CEO Ivan Gazidis are eyeing up the next move on the renewal agenda and that is to lock down Algerian midfielder Ismael Bennacer on a new deal as well.
According to Italian journalist Nicolo Schira, the former Arsenal and Empoli midfielder will be putting pen to paper with a contract until June 2026. He will be earning a salary of 3.2 million euros net per season.
The player has a valid release clause built in his current contract that is worth 50 million euros. However, according to the same source, it will be removed by the club management in the new agreement.
