The AC Milan team are back to working at Milanello thanks to coach Stefano Pioli's guidance. The Rossoneri, after a rest of days, are now eyeing up the game against Salernitana. Today, sports director Frederic Massara and technical area director Paolo Maldini were both in attendance to follow the team in action.
The Rossoneri kicked things off in the gym, where they warmed up and performed a series of strength exercises using the equipment there. Following this, the players took to the pitch, where they did athletic work, focusing on speed in the process. After being divided into three groups, the team carried out technical drills, alternating between three different stations. It was then time to focus on ball possession, before a practice match on a small pitch brought the session to a close.
