Alessandro Florenzi has improved in terms of his performances compared to his start at life in the San Siro. Now, he seems more confident and stronger in his natural role as a full-back. AC Milan management are pleased with this investment and they could soon activate the buy-option to sign him permanently.

Italian journalist Nicolo Schira has stressed that the Rossoneri club directors, Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara are having continuous talks with their counterparts at AS Roma for the redemption of the experienced full-back who celebrates his birthday today.
The 31-year-old player, formerly at PSG is in fact pushing to make the deal permanent to stay at the San Siro. The buy-option in the agreement between the two Italian clubs is set at 4.5 million euros.
A meeting is expected in the coming weeks to try and close a deal. The club directors will be trying to seek a small discount on the price, writes the journalist.
As for Alessandro Florenzi's permanent contract, it would be valid until June 2025.
