AC Milan managers, Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara, have been eyeing up the profile of Divock Origi for a while now. Since the game he played at the San Siro where he scored the only goal of the game, the club directors have been impressed and interested in signing him on a free as his contract expires at the end of the season.

Milan Reports can confirm that the club managing directors have secured an agreement with the Belgian forward. But, there are still some details to sort out. In particular, the salary bonuses should be agreed upon as they will be keen to closing the deal and bridging the gap between the offer and demand.

Liverpool do have a clause in the contract with the striker that means they can exercise an extension. However, to trigger the extension, Origi must make a set number of starts which he is unlikely to hit at this rate.
