After meeting up for breakfast this morning, the Rossoneri held their final session of the week at Milanello.
The team coached by Stefano Pioli immediately took to the central pitch, where they performed a few physical exercises. As usual, the coach focused on specific physical exercises, and one of the best tools to use were the resistance bands with handles to get warmed up as they help to activate the player's muscles, get rehabilitated (in case of injured players) and actually does not expose them to further risks of injuries.. The first part of the session came to an end with themed rondos. The group then took part in a training match with mini goals on a small pitch, after which it was time for a series of technical drills with a focus on shooting.
The Rossoneri have been granted two days off by coach Pioli. They will resume training on Tuesday 29 March, with an afternoon session in store.
