The AC Milan Primavera side, coached by Federico Giunti, continue the disappointing run of form. Another loss was suffered today against Pescara who are the last in the league standings.
Pescara opened the score early in the 2nd minute thanks to 19-year-old Bosnian midfielder Amer Mehic. Then, the Rossoneri boys found the equaliser in the 23rd minute with the Christian Foglio, an 18-year-old midfielder.
Amer Mehic made it a brace for himself right before the end of the first-half and the red and black faithful returned to the locker room with one goal down.
There were some attempts to try and get back into the game. However, a red card was shown to Clinton Nsiala of AC Milan around the 63rd minute mark.
Pescara scored the third goal thanks to 20-year-old forward Paolo Napoletano.
This is another disappointing result in a frustrating season for the Primavera team. The next game is against Bologna and the Rossoneri will be the hosts where they must win. Now, the AC Milan Primavera side is sitting in 11th spot with 39 points, tied with Bologna who are 12th. Il Diavolo team must get some positive momentum going for them to snatch a win or they risk playing in the play-outs.
