Gareth Bale's adventure with Real Madrid ends this summer. His contract expires at the current season's end, June 30.

The Welsh super star who played for Tottenham in the Premier League has acquired a lot of experience and many trophies especially with Los Blancos. But, he has not been central to the Spanish giants for some years now and it appears as though that a contract renewal will not take place.

The winger of Real Madrid who turns 33 in July 16 is linked to a move to Serie A. Calciomercato.it mention that there are rumours about an exploratory poll by the AC Milan management in particular to see if they can sign the former Southampton player. However, the source insists that Bale's future will not be at Milanello, unless some surprises take place.

The likely destination revealed:

In fact, as per Washington Post, Bale could opt for a move to MLS to play for DC United. They speak of an official offer submitted to the player's entourage, reportedly being a post-tax salary worth around 5 million dollars per season (close to 4.7 million euros).
