AC Milan snatched 3 crucual importants and stay in the race for the Serie A Scudetto. The game against Lazio ended 1-2 with Maurizio Sarri's team taking the lead right from the 4th minute thanks to a goal by Ciro Immobile.
Milan never gave up, however. They tried and scraped to find the equaliser which never came in the first half. But, Olivier Giroud equalised in the 50th minute while Sandro Tonali found the winner. The Italian midfielder put the game to bed with a killer goal in the 92nd minute.

Stefano Pioli's men took the field in the usual 4-2-3-1 formation:
Maignan; Calabria, Kalulu, Tomori, Hernández; Tonali, Kessie; Messias, Díaz, Leão; Giroud
As for Lazio, this was their starting lineup:
4-3-3: Strakosha; Lazzari, Patric, Acerbi, Radu; Milinković-Savić, Leiva, Luis Alberto; Felipe Anderson, Immobile, Zaccagni
It was a hard fought victory and Milan regained their top spot in the league table, even if it is temporary while waiting for Inter's match against Bologna on April 27.
Now, Milan have 74 points and Inter are two points away. Mathematically, the Rossoneri have secured Champions League for next season.
Now, the idea is to keep this momentum and build on it. No matter what the others' results are, Stefano Pioli and his squad should only focus on themselves to get the maximum points first and should not allow the pressure of the final sprint get to their mentalities.
