AC Milan's ownership could be changed: from Elliott to InvestCorp will Mubadala playing a big part in the talks.
The talks between InvestCorp and Elliott Management Corporation remain ongoing with recent reports claiming that a deal could be closed at 1.18 billion euros.

Now, according to Milannews.it journalist Antonio Vitiello, Mubadala Investment Company (which is an Emirati-state company) who own 20% of InvestCorp are playing a big role in the talks. In fact, The sovereign fund of the United Arab Emirates with assets of 250 billion euros are pushing for the successful closure of the operation with Elliott at the end of the exclusivity period. The signing could be done this Friday or in early next week.
