Today's print edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport discuss the ongoing operation between Elliott Management Corporation and the Bahrain-based asset manager InvestCorp. The talks are aimed at the change of ownership of AC Milan football club. The Arab fund want to take over and the transfer of ownership could be done at the basis of 1.18 billion euros, reportedly.
According to the Italian newspaper today, the signatures on the documents should arrive between this week and the next one. At the moment, the parties would be in the process of producing and exchanging documents.
