Manchester United are trying to hijack AC Milan's deal for Dutch defender of Lille Sven Botman, according to a report.
Earlier reports have always wrote that the Rossoneri directors Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara have an agreement with the player and are close to finalising a deal for him.
Now, though, sources at Football Insider have claimed that Premier League giants are exploring a move for the former Ajax defender.
As per the source, New manager Erik ten Hag held a transfer summit with director of football at Man United John Murtough and his own staff to discuss potential transfer targets and it appears that Botman's name is now requested by the coach who will take over soon.
