AC Milan produced an amazing performance against Sassuolo as they cruised their way to the Scudetto with a comfortable 3-0. Rafael Leao contributed with a very superior display of quality as he provided a hat-trick of assists.

The Rossoneri of coach Stefano Pioli took to the field with the following lineup:
4-2-3-1: Maignan; Calabria, Kalulu, Tomori, Hernández; Tonali, Kessie; Saelemaekers, Krunić, Leão; Giroud
On the bench:
Mirante, Tătărușanu; Ballo-Touré, Florenzi, Gabbia, Romagnoli; Bakayoko, Bennacer, Díaz, Messias; Ibrahimović, Rebić.
As for Sassuolo, this should be their lineup:
4-3-3: Consigli; Müldür, Ayhan, Ferrari, Kyriakopoulos; Henrique, Lopez, Frattesi; Berardi, Scamacca, Raspadori
On the bench:
Pegolo, Satalino; Chiricheș, Peluso, Rogério, Tressoldi; Đuričić, Magnanelli, Traorè; Ceide, Ciervo, Defrel.

Rafael Leao responded to the comments of Sassuolo CEO Giovanni Carnevali in the best way anyone would wish for: A hat-trick of assists for the right winger to his team-mates. Two goals were scored by Olivier Giroud and the other one was by Franck Kessié. All in the first half-time.

AC Milan sealed the win basically in the first half. We always say that nothing is impossible in football but the Rossoneri were in control of the match against the Neroverdi. Three goals were enough, the push from the fans does not go unnoticed and Milan finally get their hands on the Scudetto. An elusive trophy since the 2011 year. Milan are champions of Italy and they deserved it through hard work, sweat, blood and tears. The team worked as a unit throughout the season without forgetting the contribution of veterans: Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Simon Kjaer, Olivier Giroud and Ciprian Tatarusanu.
Sassuolo tried in the second half. But Milan dominated. They left them no space and goalkeeper Mike Maignan didn't leave them a chance too.
The pitch is invaded once Daniele Doveri blows the final whistle at the MAPEI stadium and many fans ran towards Zlatan Ibrahimovic who came, saw and conquered Serie A once again. The 40-year-old fulfilled his promise and brought Milan back to glory as he said he would once he joined the team and signed on a contract at Casa Milan coming from MLS in January 2020.
