AC Milan's director, Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara continue to work hard on the possible coming transfer market operations despite their expiring contracts in a month.
The club technical area director and the sporting director of the Serie A giants have much to work on already and they are looking to find some important talents in the market, specifically for the left-back position.

Theo Hernandez' current backup is Fodé Ballo-Touré who was brought on from Monaco. But, the Senegalese defender has not been able to impress anyone at Milanello throughout the season which prompted coach Stefano Pioli to deploy Alessandro Florenzi on the left when the Rossonero number 19 was unavailable. In the event that Ballo-Touré leaves, Milan have 2 players to choose from in that role.

According to a report shared by those at PianetaMilan, the AC Milan club directors would have identified already two profiles for the deputy role of Theo Hernandez. There is Empoli's 21-year-old Italian left-back Fabiano Parisi (as we told you back in March) With a contract until June 2023, he made 23 appearances this season in Serie A and has registered 1 assist to his name.

The other name is Genoa's 22-year-old full-back: Andrea Cambiaso. He has 4 assists and 1 goal registered to his name in 26 Serie A appearances this season. Genoa have just been relegated to Serie B and his contract runs out in June 2023. He seems to be in pole position for AC Milan right now, according to the source.
