Fiorentina chief and owner Rocco Commisso is back to talk again about AC Milan in view a close change of ownership given that RedBird are closing in on a purchase of a majority share of the club.
The Italian businessman who is 72 years old has spoken about Gerry Cardinale's likely entry to the Rossoneri world and said the following, as reported by Calcio e Finanza:
"Gerry Cardinale is a very good person. I also worked with him in my sector. I had to deal with him when he organized a cable platform."
Rocco Commisso added:
"But, I want make something very clear: when it is said that he buys Milan for 1.3 billion, that is not his money. He works with other people's money. As for me, in Florence, down to the last cent, it is my money, from my personal assets put to build the new sports centre."
