The official statement is out already, RedBird and Elliott have entered into an agreement. The deal for the acquisition of AC Milan is valued at 1.2 billion euros.
RedBird's boss, Gerry Cardinale, released important words to discuss this new milestone and chapter with the Rossoneri, in which he confirms the importance of continuing with the current club management. Here are his words:
