At the end of last night’s Nations League match between England and Italy, which ended 0-0, there was a rather unpleasant moment as the players were exiting the stadium and it involved the former AC Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma.
As the Italian goalkeeper was leaving the Molineux Stadium, a fan in the distance was heard shouting insults. Donnarumma did not like it obviously but instead choosing to ignore him, he turned back and started walking towards him.
Some reports are claiming that the fan was Italian and Milan supporter who is still not over the young goalkeeper’s exit to Paris Saint-Germain on a free transfer. But, there is no confirmation on that. It is not clear what was said between the two, but it is obvious that Donnarumma was angry as you can clearly notice through his tone and body language.
Other fans were shouting “Donnarumma please” in order to get his attention as they were hoping to get selfies and autographs with the 23-year-old. Here is the video below:
