Sky Sport Italia journalist, Gianluca Di Marzio took stock of the AC Milan situation in the transfer market and had the following updates to reveal:
"Milan do not have to give Leao away. He would be the most requested player ever but they do not want to let him go. Milan need reinforcements. The only operation concluded today, even if not officially formalized, is that of Messias. Milan and Crotone have defined today a new operation that will allow the Brazilian to be a Rossoneri footballer outright for about 4.5 million and a half million in bonuses."
Di Marzio added:
"Then, there is also the defined deal with AS Roma for Florenzi. There is Renato Sanches who is 'blocked', it should be emphasised that Massara and Maldini have not renewed their contracts. It is quite strange that 15 days after into June and there is still no official status. They will also want to formalize as soon as possible and understand what kind of budget they have available to take on a defender and a winger."
