Palermo have earned a promotion to Serie B. Five years later the rosanero, after having sunk into the slums of Italian football, are now growing again as they aim to return to Serie A next season and remain there. In order to get to the top league, they are looking to invest in some players who could allow them to grow further on the pitch and get the success that is needed.
According to Tuttosport yesterday, Palermo, in view of the transfer market window, have targeted three AC Milan players.
The players in question is Alessandro Plizzari (22 year-old Italian goalkeeper who spent a loan season at Lecce), Marco Brescianini (22-year-old Italian midfielder of who was on loan at AC Monza) and AC Milan's Primavera side striker Marco Nasti who has a valid contract until June 2026.
The Palermo club led by coach Silvio Baldini, Palermo, could therefore attempt to sign these three players soon. Brescianini and Plizzari in particular have not enjoyed a lot of space in their respective loan spells and maybe a move to Palermo would do them good.
