As reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport in today's print edition, AC Milan want to try to achiev a double blow in the attacking midfield in order to strengthen the team and achieve the mission of reaching the second star on the shirt (20 Scudetti).
The objectives, the usual ones reported for months: Charles De Ketelaere who fits the parameters of the club as he is young with a lot of potential, and he would cost an important fee between 30 to 35 million euros. A decision whether to invest and go all in for the player or not will be made in the coming days. There is competition from German and English clubs for him.

Then, there is the profile of Paulo Dybala who is available on a free with Inter being close to sign the former Juventus star.

Finally, Hakim Ziyech is also a target for AC Milan. He can arrive on loan with a buy-option set at around 20 million euros.

Seeing Ziyech and De Ketelaere play together at the San Siro is possible. But, De Ketelaere and Dybala together in the same team would be more complicated, tactically, but not impossible.
In term of salaries, AC Milan would spend around 2.5 million euros net per season for De Ketelaere while for Ziyech and Dybala, there is the will to reach around 4.5 million euros. There are alternatives profiles, however such as Real Madrid's Marco Asensio and Sassuolo's Domenico Berardi.
