The players took breakfast at Milanello before going off to the changing rooms to get ready for the day's training session. The group was once again reduced in numbers, as they wait for those players who were busy on international duty to return.
For most of the session, the squad trained in the gym doing a series of exercises aided by various gym equipment, before doing some fitness work inside the sports complex. The group then went out onto the training pitches to finish off the day with some further aerobic exercises.
THURSDAY 7 JULY
Tomorrow, the team are scheduled to train in the morning.
