AC Milan's right winger Samu Castillejo is set for an exit to join La Liga side Valencia whose coach is Gennaro Gattuso, Milan legend and also ex tactician who worked closely with the Spaniard before.
As per Gianluca Di Marzio, the player has already said goodbye to his Rossoneri teammates and is on the verge on joining Valencia as personal terms are already agreed.
Now, it seems that the direction negotiations are heading to is to let the player leave on a free transfer, it will be a contract termination.
According to Nicolo Schira, Samu Castillejo's deal with Valencia will be valid until June 2026 with medicals expected to take place tomorrow already. The Spanish right-winger's exit would allow Milan to save 6 million euros gross in the balance sheet.
