Giuseppe Riso met with the AC Milan management today at Casa Milan and reports have claimed that the topics of discussion were mainly Sandro Tonali's renewal and Daniel Maldini's exit (as he is wanted by Hellas Verona). These two players are represented by the Italian football agent. But, it appears that the Rossoneri may have taken an interest in one of his clients: Davide Frattesi.
The negotiations between AS Roma and Sassuolo for the player mentioned above are not in a hot phase just yet and Milan are keeping track of the situation. They have asked for information regarding the 22-year-old Italian midfielder's availability.
According to Tuttomercatoweb.com, the first target for Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara remains Renato Sanches who is not yet closing with Paris Saint-Germain and among the hot alternatives there is always Douglas Luiz of Aston Villa, too. However, the profile of Davide Frattesi is being studied. He has a contract with Sassuolo which is valid until June 2026. The former Monza and Empoli midfielder made 38 appearances last season. He scored 4 goals and registered 4 assists in the Serie A campaign.
The idea of AC Milan, if they were to decide to really go all in for Frattesi is to try to convince the Neroverdi to making a deal on the basis of a paid loan deal with an obligation to buy.
