AC Milan and Club Brugge have not reached an agreement for Charles De Ketelaere. Now, the Rossoneri are reportedly waiting for the Belgian club's definitive answer and refuse to adjust their offer.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, there was no meeting point between the parties reached. Club Brugge continue to ask for 35 million euros from AC Milan despite having received a 40 million euros offer from Leeds United. AC Milan, on the other hand, have stopped at 30 million + 2 million euros in bonuses.
De Ketelaere is seen as a great talent and an excellent addition to the squad of coach Pioli, and not as a champion. But, he is still considered as a strong player who can bring in goals. Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara told Club Brugge that they will not increase their offer. Now, there is a risk of failure of this deal as Leeds United are more than happy to pay the fee demanded by the Belgian champions.
