AC Milan team captain, Davide Calabria, has released an interview to the microphones of DAZN as he spoke about many topics, such as the Scudetto, playing with Ibrahimovic and being at Milanello. Here are his statements:
"Milanello? Here, you can breathe in the history. There are many photos that tell what Milan is about."
On wearing the captain's armband:
"It's a great emotion. I've been here since I was a child, it's a dream that comes true. It's impressive."
On the Scudetto:
"It was the most beautiful emotion of my life. Someone thought we were crazy, but we always believed in it. The desire to win the Scudetto was in the air. We were sure we could win it."
Davide Calabria on his experience at Milan:
"I arrived here when I was 10. The first few months I was in trouble because I was away from home, it wasn't easy. I told my mum that I didn't know if I would be able to stay here, but she she told me not to give up. She made so many sacrifices for me, I will always thank her for that."
On playing with Zlatan Ibrahimovic
"Zlatan is a great professional. I hope he can come back as soon as possible. He gave us a great hand in the locker room, he helped all the younger players to perform as we are doing now on the pitch."
