As Renato Sanches is getting closer to French champions Paris Saint-Germain, AC Milan continue their hunt for a new midfielder, someone who can replace the void left by Ivorian defensive midfielder Franck Kessie who chose to join FC Barcelona as a free agent.
According to the latest news update shared by Il Corriere della Sera, the Rossoneri are now setting their sights on other profiles including two teammates at Tottenham: Pape Matar Sarr and Tanguy Ndombele. The first is a Senegalese midfielder who is 19 years old. His contract is valid until June 2026, last season he was on loan at FC Metz in France. The second is a French 25-year-old player, also with a contract valid until June 2025. He spent the second half of last season on loan with Olympique Lyon.
The third name on the shortlist of AC Milan directors is Douglas Luiz of Aston Villa. His contract expires in June 2023, he is a Brazilian 24-year-old talent.
