Taking stock of AC Milan's situation in the transfer market window, SportMediaset journalist Claudio Raimondi provided the following updates. Here are his words regarding the trail leading to Raphael Onyedika:
"Milan have quit the track leading to Onyedika as Midtjylland are asking for 10 million euros at least. The new track that can open is that of Aster Vranckx, a 19-year-old Belgian from Wolfsburg. He is a midfielder and Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara are working to bring him on loan. At the moment, it is difficult because the German team would not like to let him go with the loan formula. In any case, the void left by Franck Kessie must be covered."
