As per Milannews.it, the closing operations are now well underway between Elliott Management Corporation and RedBird Capital Partners. 99.97% of the AC Milan shares held by Elliott will be transferred to American fund of Gerry Cardinale.
New York Yankees, LA fund Main Street Advisors, Italian entrepreneur Riccardo Silva and other important investors will also be included in the investment shares.
