Italian journalist of Sky Sport Italia, Luca Marchetti has analysed the AC Milan transfer market window philosophy and their way of being on the pitch. Here are his words to the microphones of TMW Radio:
"Milan made a very straightforward choice, they took advantage of the (Divock) Origi opportunity on a free transfer but otherwise only signed young players, betting almost all of their budget on (Charles) De Ketelaere. They have kept the same philosophy. They brought in only one starter and have made sure that the range of alternatives available to Pioli is widened with the same philosophy, that is young and good."
The journalist continued to talk about AC Milan as he said the following too:
"The Rossoneri were definitely better than Inter until 3-1, then Inzaghi's team had a great reaction. However, AC Milan was dominant, and it will also be in Europe. Their philosophy will not change. In the Champions League, they will have the chance to go through, unlike last year", as relayed by SpazioMilan.it.
