Blue Skye Investment Groupa company managed by Gianluca D'Avanzo and Salvatore Cerchione, and the parent company Luxembourg Investment Company were sentenced to pay legal fees for the lawsuit filed against the Elliott fund regarding the sale of AC Milan to RedBird Capital Partners.
The Luxembourg company took note, as emerged from the hearing, that the sale had already been completed at the end of August and therefore an appeal of this type is not possible.
Blue Skye, a former (minority) shareholder in the management of the Milan company, through lawyers in yesterday's hearing before the Civil Court of Milan, waived the urgent precautionary appeal which they had presented to block the sale of the Rossoneri club. For this reason, the company was ordered to pay legal fees for a total of 20 thousand euros. Great news for the future of Milan. This operation would facilitate the passage of Milan to RedBird. To report it is Calcio e Finanza on its website.
