AC Milan's 23-year-old Italian midfielder, Tommaso Pobega, who is a product of the Rossoneri youth academy, had a great moment earlier tonight as he scored his first goal with the red and black faithful, in the Champions League no less. Here are his words to Milan TV after the game at the San Siro:
"I think the first goal at San Siro is never forgotten, more so if in a competition like this one. I think I'll always remember it. It is difficult to rewrite in words, I was overwhelmed by a thousand emotions, it was really beautiful. Honestly, I only remember that Theo passed the ball behind, my only thought was to hit the goal and kick harder."
Pobega on the victory:
"These are fundamental points. We had prepared it in these days, this is how we had to attack them and win this match. Every game has to be won."
