Simon Kjaer, AC Milan's central defender, has spoken to the microphones of DAZN after the disappointing draw against Cremonese:
"During a match there are many particular moments that make the difference and we have suffered, these are things we need to improve. There are many games in which there is not much time to train, today we had to win without excuses. Today we did well on several occasions, but we lacked the details to finish well."
On the performance, he said:
"We are not satisfied, we wanted the three points, stay high and win the Scudetto. We lost two points and that's it."
On the tight schedule between Serie A and Champions League...
"You know how it works ( talking to former forward at AC Milan Giampaolo Pazzini): The mental aspect is something on which we try to do our best to be ready with the right mentality. There are many moments in which they give you a boost in back and forth. We need to focus on this aspect. When the World Cup is over then there will be a crazy calendar and there it will be important."
Kjaer added:
"We try to work on many aspects, the coach gives a lot of stimuli, then we, the players, have to go out on the pitch and get results. The last step was missing (vs Cremonese). We lost two points, but I can't say anything about the mental part."
